Not immediately. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. After placing an order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email acknowledging that we’ve received your order. This is not a guarantee of fulfilment.
Due to high stock turnover, there may be cases where certain items are unavailable. If this happens, our Customer Care team will contact you with alternatives. If you choose not to proceed with the substitute style, you may cancel that item, and we will issue either a store credit (with expiry) or a refund via your original payment method for the unfulfilled item(s).
