Please note, Rosebullet do not accept returns due to change of mind.
If you're not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us at customerservice@rosebullet.com.au within 5 days of receiving your items.
All returns must be approved by Rosebullet and processed through our Return Portal.
FAULTY ITEAMS
At Rosebullet, we implement rigorous quality control procedures during the manufacturing process to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards. However, in rare instances, manufacturing faults may occur and remain undetected.
If you believe you have received a faulty, defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you may contact us immediately via customerservice@rosebullet.com.au within 5 business days of orders being received. Claims for faulty items submitted beyond 5 business days of delivery may still be considered in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. However, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible if you notice any issues with your order. Faulty items might not be refunded if they can be replaced or repaired.
Rosebullet has the right to refuse the returns if they are not a manufacturing fault or the product is deemed to have been damaged under customer care.
Please include the following details to help us speed up the process of return
- Invoice number
- Date of parcel being received
- Style code,
- Colour,
- Size,
- Full description of the faulty items,
- Photos with the flawed condition, packaging, and swing tags visible and readable in the same images. You may also provide videos if required.
For your return request to be approved, faulty items must meet the following criteria:
- Items must be returned in their original condition, with labels, security tags, and swing tags attached, and the original packaging included.
- Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and free from odor, makeup, perfume, or deodorant smells, tan marks, and stains.
- There are no returns on sales products, deals, stockings, jewelry, bodysuits and leotards
Once your return request has been approved, you can head to the Return Portal to proceed with your return. Any shipping charges for returns will be at your own expense. Returns must be shipped within 14 days after the return request has been approved.
Customers are not allowed to return the stocks in the warehouse or showroom in person. All of the products must be returned to us via post or courier services including click-and-collect orders.
Please make sure to pack the stocks in appropriately sized parcels, and ensure the parcel is packed and sealed adequately to avoid any potential damage in transit. Please also include a copy of the return slip in the return parcel. If the returned items sustain damage or are lost during transit, we will not be able to issue a refund to you. Rosebullet shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to parcels returned.
Please allow 5 business days for us to review and approve the return request. We will notify you of the result of your return request by email. If your return items do not meet the criteria stated above, we will state the rejected reason in the email, and you will be given the option to pay for the items to be returned to you. If we do not receive a response within 14 business days, the items will be donated. Please allow at least 7 business days for us to process the refund or issue store credit.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
International returns will issued with a store credit once we have received and confirmed the items meet the return criteria above. Rosebullet does not cover the cost of returns and do not responsible for any loss or damage to parcels returned.
