Shipping Policy
Shipping and Dispatch
Shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout, and it is calculated based on the total weight of your cart and destination. Orders that are placed before 1 pm will be dispatched on the same day only if stock is available, else orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days of purchase. Once your orders are dispatched, you will receive the tracking information via email.
Please note that all our courier services require a signature as this is the most secure shipping method.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We ship Australia-wide using Direct Freight Express for Business addresses and Sendle for Residential addresses.
Dispatch Time:
Orders placed before 1 PM (AEST) will be dispatched the same day, subject to stock availability. Otherwise, your order will be dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Estimated Delivery Time:
VIC, NSW, QLD: 1–3 business days
WA, NT, SA: 3–9 business days
You’ll receive tracking details via email once your order is on its way. All shipments require a signature upon delivery for your security.
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping via DHL:
- DHL Air Priority: 3–5 business days (excl. customs delays)
- DHL Air Economy: 5–20 business days
Please note: delivery times do not include potential customs clearance delays.

- Processing Time: Please allow 48 hours for order processing. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready.
Please note: due to high stock turnover, some items may become unavailable. If this occurs, we’ll contact you with alternative options or arrange a store credit or refund.
Additional information
- Ensure your shipping details are correct. Once dispatched, we cannot amend delivery information. If the delivery information has changed or is wrong, please update it or email us immediatiately.
- Rosebullet is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels during transit-but we will assist in resolving any issues with the carrier.
- For urgent orders, please contact us via customerservice@rosebullet.com.au before placing the order.
Shipping voucher is only applicable to orders shipped within Australia.
Tax & Duties Australia Orders
- All our prices do not include Australian goods and services tax (“GST”) payable under the A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 and exclusive of shipping costs. GST and Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout and shipping costs will be calculated based on the shipping address and product type.
Tax & Duties International Orders
- Rosebullet takes no responsibility for the laws outside of Australia and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order. We do not offer refunds for these costs and do not accept parcels being returned for a refund where the customer has chosen to reject customs charges, as there are the responsibilities of customers. As the parcel will not be returned to our warehouse, we will then give the DHL authority to destroy the parcel.
- Rosebullet is not responsible for any delays in transit because of the taxes, duties, or customs charges.
- All international orders may be required to pay local duties, taxes, and customs charges, and these are the responsibility of the customers. These charges may vary from country to country; hence, we strongly advise customers to check with their local customs office to confirm if there are any additional charges before placing orders.
- By placing orders on our website, you warrant and represent to us that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these terms. By purchasing from us, you are entering into a legally binding contract between yourself as a customer and Rosebullet.
It is your responsibilities to contact your local customs office if you required further information or if you have any questions.
Order Cancellation
- Order cancellation can only be processed in the event that Rosebullet is unable to fulfill your order.
- We do not offer order cancellations due to a change of mind. If you happen to confirm a transaction by accident, please contact our customer service immediately and in any event within 2 hours, failing which the confirmation will be taken to be correct and acted upon.
Return
Please note, Rosebullet do not accept returns due to change of mind.
If you're not completely satisfied with your order, or you believed you received fault, please contact us at customerservice@rosebullet.com.au within 5 days of receiving your items.
All returns must be approved by Rosebullet.
